Backed by Colliers’ international platform of more than 18,000 real estate professionals, the Rossi Investment Services Team was founded on three simple principles: expertise, entrepreneurship and transparency. With more than 40 years of collective experience, we’re passionate about what we do. The team has completed more than $1B in transactional sales volume across 12.3M SF of space.
Joe Rossi, CCIM, serves as the team lead with more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Colliers in 2015, he worked as a broker at Lincoln Property Company and Grubb & Ellis. Before this, he served as the principal underwriter on income-producing assets for institutional companies, such as Koger Equity and The St. Joe Company.
In early 2018, Mackenzie Daugherty joined the team bringing with her a fresh perspective and going-forward strategy for their marketing process. In addition to creating marketing packages, she also provides assistance on the sale of smaller assignments.
And finally, Patty Kollias joined to help assist the team as a senior financial analyst providing valuation support for the team as they expand their investment sales portfolio in Central Florida.
