SALE-LEASEBACK SERVICES

A Sale-Leaseback is a real estate transaction which allows an owner-operator to sell their real estate to a buyer and simultaneously lease back the property from the new owner. In this transaction the buyer turns into the landlord and the seller turns into the tenant/operator.
The Rossi Investment Services Team has extensive experience negotiating Industrial, Office and Medical Office Sale-Leaseback transactions on behalf of corporate clients across the United States. Our team brings a combined 38 years’ experience advising clients on how to best maximize the value of their real estate. We have completed over $250M in Sale Leaseback Transactions in recent years.


Asset Resolution & Valuation/Appraisal Services

Our interdisciplinary team of asset resolutions experts have the creativity, experience and market knowledge to swiftly stabilize distressed assets and begin the process of rebuilding value for your property and portfolio. By utilizing Colliers’ experts from our property management, leasing and investments services group as well as any of our specialty groups our team is highly experienced in quickly monitoring, stabilizing and monetizing your distressed asset.
If you are considering a disposition of your asset, our team will provide a Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) to help you evaluate your next course of action. Our team provides asset managers and owners with either quarterly or annual Broker Opinion of Value updates. Higher-volume, multi-market appraisals are available through Colliers’ national appraisal group with representation pooled from each specific market.

Receivership
